The 27^th Annual BASHH SAS Doctors' Conference, at the Pendulum Conference Centre in Manchester on 6^th and 7^th September 2024, is now open for registration. The conference is once again being offered as a complete package, including engaging lectures, interactive workshops, a conference dinner with evening entertainment and hotel style accommodation. We have a fantastic range of relevant educational topics, delivered by eminent professionals - please see the programme for full details.

When making your booking, the accommodation option is separated from the conference registration option to ensure compliance with VAT regulations; Your receipt will show the full package price. The eighty bedrooms at the conference centre will be allocated on a first come first served basis and once these rooms are fully booked, we can signpost delegates to alternative accommodation. Please note that the bedrooms are sold at cost price and BASHH does not make a surplus from the sale of the rooms.

The conference organiser reserves the right to make changes to the conference programme and speakers without prior notice.

If your Trust, employer or third party are listed as responsible for payment of your registration fee, if payment is not received, you, as the person who registered, will be held personally liable for the fee directly.

FULL Registration includes conference attendance, meals (including conference dinner) and overnight accommodation at the conference venue on Friday 6^th September. Accommodation is included in the FULL conference registration fee at cost from the venue. BASHH make no profit on the sale of bedrooms.

As this event is generously subsidised, we cannot offer any variation on the below conference packages.

Cancellation policy

Only online payments will be accepted.
Cancellation received before the early bird deadline, midnight on 2^nd August; fee refunded less a cancellation charge of 10%.
Cancellation received more than 14 days prior to the event start date (19^th August); fee refunded less a cancellation charge of 50%.
Cancellation received less than 14 days before the event start date (19^th August); no refund.
Cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the conference administration team. Regrettably, BASHH cannot transfer you to another event or training course if you are unable to attend.
